ADD/UPDATE MY Email Address

This guide details the steps to enter a altewrnative email address in the Student Information System (SIS). You must enter your email address in SIS to setup and use myVCCS Email bases Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and reset forgotten passwords.

Sign In to myVCCS

  1. Go to

  2. Enter your myVCCS username and click the GO button.

3. Enter your myVCCS password and click the GO button.

Access SIS to Enter a Email Address

1. Select SIS.

  1. Select Profile.

3. Select Personal Information on the right side and then select Email Addresses.

4. Click the Add an Email button.

  1. Select OTHER as Email Type, enter the email address.

  2. Click the Save button.

7. You are redirected to a page that states the save was successful. Click the OK button.
