General How-To's

1. From the myVCCS log-in screen, select ‘Forgot My Password’.

2. Enter your myVCCS username and click ‘Continue’.

3. Available phone and email options on file will be available for selection. Choose your preferred contact method and click ‘Submit’.

4. A message confirming that a message (email or text) has been sent with additional instructions.

5. Review the message (email or text) copy the provided Claim Code and select the ‘Reset Password’ link.

6. Enter your Claim Code and click ‘Next’.

7. Following the requirements, create a new myVCCS password and click ‘Next’.

8. The process is completed, and your password has been reset. Return to the log-in screen to use your new password.
