PUSH MFA AUTHENTICATION SETUP
Recommended - Secure Passwordless Authentication
Follow the steps below but if you have any issues there are also manual steps available
Step 1
It is highly recommended to have biometrics turned on your phone (Fingerprint ID, TouchID, FaceID, etc). The user experience for push is improved. If not TOTP may be a better option.
Log into the portal
On the upper right click on your name.
Select Enroll Mobile Device.
Click Continue
The system will then send setup instructions to your mobile phone and personal email. ONLY one set of instructions are required.
Step 2
Follow the steps received via text or email
If you did not receive this text or email please check your junk mail or follow these manual steps.
SAMPLE INSTRUCTIONS SENT TO PHONE AND EMAIL. DO NOT USE THE LINKS ON THIS WEBPAGE. THIS MUST BE DONE ON YOUR CELL PHONE USING THE LINKS SENT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL.
Step 3:
Choose a six digit Pin code, then tap “Submit”.
Please do not forget this pin code as it will be used if you do not have biometrics on.
You have completed your Push Authentication setup!
Next time you login to the portal you will be prompted on your phone to Accept.
Is may take up to 2 min for you to be fully enrolled.
